Yes. Ayva is a web-based platform with improved performance and security.

Will ScriptRx be supported in 2020?

Technical support for ScriptRx will be available through December 31, 2020. After that date we will no longer provide phone support for ScriptRx.

Will I be able to use ScriptRx after December 31?

No. Technical support and product updates will not be available after December 31, 2020.

Does Ayva integrate with my EHR?

Yes. Integration is included with your Ayva subscription.

How long does it take to upgrade to Ayva?

The longest part of the upgrade process is integrating Ayva with your EHR. Integration typically takes 2-3 weeks. We’ll work closely with your IT team to transfer your settings from ScriptRx to Ayva.

Is Ayva HIPAA compliant?

Ayva complies with all data security and privacy requirements to ensure personal health information is protected. Learn more about our approach to privacy.

Can I e‑prescribe with Ayva?

Yes. Ayva is certified for e‑prescribing, including controlled substances.

Do you offer training for Ayva?

Yes. The Ayva knowledge base is available online. Additional training sessions are available for a fee.

Can I use my printers with Ayva?

Yes. Ayva is compatible with most laser and thermal printers.

Which browsers does Ayva support?

Can I import my ScriptRx favorites to Ayva?
