Sherry Dillon is Bravado Health's chief product officer.
Sherry has been a registered nurse for nearly three decades. While Sherry’s direct-patient-care experience has been primarily focused on orthopedics and physical rehabilitation (short-term acute and intermediate-term care), she spent many years as chief quality officer, vice president and director for acute-care hospitals.
Sherry has led hospitals' and healthcare systems' efforts in the areas of quality, risk management, patient safety, case management and federal regulatory compliance, while also working closely with governing bodies for accreditations such as The Joint Commission (TJC) and CMS. Sherry says her proudest accomplishment was leading 53 hospitals in a 12-month timeframe from an overall compliance of 68% with CMS’ Quality Measurement to an overall 96% compliance rating.
Sherry has served on the solutions side of healthcare at Press Ganey Associates, Inc. in a variety of roles but mainly as the Vice President of Advisory Services and Client Engagement. Utilizing her depth and breadth of experience in understanding client needs from hands-on service delivery and her passion for continuous improvement of patient care, Sherry assumed the role of Vice President of Product Management. In this role, she provides strategy, vision and project management for the clinical-quality aspect of Press Ganey offerings — core measures (inpatient and outpatient), patient reported outcome measures (PROMS), patient safety solutions, and nursing sensitive measurement (NDNQI).
Sherry earned her degree in nursing from Rogers State University.
