Bravado Health needs an experienced and resourceful Senior Account Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in Health Care markets. This candidate should have prior Health Care experience. We are looking for a professional who is customer-obsessed and ready to change the face of patient engagement. Reporting to Senior Management, you will be accountable for generating business of $3-5M+ revenue per year.

  • Must be equally adept at all facets of the sales process from lead generation through the contracting process and account development. 
  • Orchestrate the sales process from lead identification through close of the sales process. Must be able to add value to the sale and facilitate Sales Support Teams to develop the appropriate solution and close the business with the client 
  • Facilitate account revenue growth as a member of the account management team. 
  • Candidate should possess a strong suite of Health Care client relationships (CIOs, CMOs and Senior Health Executives) as well as industry relationships (EMR, EHR, and other healthcare vendors). 
  • Manage the overall relationship and communication with key clients and have full command of their business, landscape and how to deliver value.


  • High energy, self-managed, hands-on, sound interpersonal, oral and written communications and organization skills.
  • Experience configuring and developing content and messaging to facilitate the sales process and takes overall responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of final sales deliverables. 
  • Has a “hunter” mentality – loves to target and open new accounts which expand Bravado’s client base. 
  • Personally developed business of $3-5M+ per year; able to manage and take accountability for a large, complex, team-selling environment. 
  • Understand the business importance of and can maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast 
  • Manage and execute the entire end-to-end selling process, working closely with the Bravado Delivery team (initial lead inquiry, qualification of opportunities, requirements gathering, project scope definition, effort estimation, proposal development, SOW creation, contract negotiation and closing). 
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and listening skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills. 
  • Orthopedic background a plus.
  • Travel to client sites where needed.
